What if my vehicle is damaged when I return?

If your car has been damaged while parked at a Spotcha site, please send the details to us at info@tryspotcha and we will do everything we can to help with your insurance claim. While Spotcha is not liable for any damages, we are more than happy to work with you and your insurance company to provide you with a speedy outcome

What is parking on demand?

On demand parking in our Spotcha app allows drivers looking for parking to get it at a tap of a button without the hassle of leaving a bond and all our parking is at a set price avoiding the hassle of having hourly parking and having to watch the time consistently.

How do I pay for my parking?

Payment will be deducted from your nominated account instantly once you have selected the parking of your choice. A set price will be deducted avoiding and hourly rates so what you see is what you will pay.

How can I guarantee that my car will fit in my booked space?

When our host partners list their spot will add what vehicle sizes can fit in their car space including the dimensions of their listed car spot. So it’s up to you to make sure you read this information to avoid any nasty surprises

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Do I get charged a bond with Spotcha?

No. Spotcha is an On-demand parking service so once you have booked your spot it’s an instant transaction.

How is the pricing determined by the spot that I book?

Spotcha allows the host partner to determine their car space price is. We do recommend prices that car spots are being rented out for in their location but ultimately.

What happens if I’m late to my booking?

We understand that’s sometimes traffic can be hectic and things can come up. You can use our inbuilt massager via our Spotcha app to contact your host.

How much can I list my car spot for?

Listing your car space is subject to a couple things. The type of space you are listing, Location and availability. During the signup process you will be given a suggested price based on parking spaces around you. Please also be aware that you have the option to list your spot for as much as someone is will to pay for your spot.

When listing my spot with Spotcha how and when do I get paid?

After you have a confirmed booking with Spotcha you will receive your funds within 1 to 3 business days. Please keep in mind it also depends which bank you are with and what there standard transfer times are.

What amount does Spotcha charge me when I have a confirmed booking?

Good news, All our bookings are at a set price taking out the hassle of having to worry about hourly rates. Spotcha takes 20% of any booking fee.

How do I get notification of a booking?

You will be notified via your Spotcha app when someone is interested in booking your car spot - as a host partner if the booking suits you, you have option to accept it or decline it. If you do accept you have to be prepared for the owner to come your spot instantly as this is on demand parking and not a pre booking

What happens if there is damage to my property?

All host partners with Spotcha are required to ensure their property is adequately insured and Spotcha we are not liable for any damages. However we are happy to help with your insurance claim. Please provide us with details at info@tryspotcha within 24 hours of the incident.
